CCEH is looking for energetic and outgoing people in the Concord area, to connect with our recently housed clients to assist them in integrating into the city. Once in new housing situations, most of our clients are lonely and unsure about how to become part of their community. Our hope is that with some personal connections, social visits, introductions to churches, social groups, public events and help with accessing local resources, our clients will feel valued and accepted in their new community. Transportation may be necessary. Our long term goal is keep them stably housed on a permanent basis. Are you that special someone?
