The Consumer Protection Bureau of the New Hampshire Department of Justice (Office of the Attorney General) is accepting applications for multiple Consumer Affairs Specialists positions. Consumer Affairs Specialists work closely with attorneys and support staff to respond to calls on the consumer protection hotline. This rewarding opportunity will give you the chance to use your valuable life and work experiences to make a difference in the lives of New Hampshire consumers who have been victimized by unlawful business practices.
We provide all necessary on-the-job training and mentorship. Successful candidates must pass a background check and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience interacting with the public is a plus but is not required.
We ask for a commitment of one day a week. We currently have vacant shifts on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. The specific hours are flexible and can be modified to fit your schedule.
