High Hopes Foundation of NH

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, High Hopes Foundation of New Hampshire has been providing life-enhancing equipment, assistance and opportunities to New Hampshire's chronically ill children and their families since 1983. We were originally founded by two NH Moms in 1993. We are a NH-only nonprofit with no national affiliation. We are currently 100% run by 6 dedicated and committed volunteers. Every single dollar that comes in to our foundation goes directly back to the children of NH. We are helping NH's families, one child at a time. We are here to ensure #HopeHappens.

The High Hopes Foundation is committed to providing life-enhancing assistance promoting more independence, more inclusion and more fun to New Hampshire’s chronically ill children. Our guiding principle is to Make Hope Happen.
