We are installing a native, community pollinator garden at the Beech Street Elementary school to be enjoyed by both students, faculty, and the general public. The future goal is to have curriculum developed for the school as well as on-site materials to enhance visitor experience.
Volunteers will help prep the site by removing pre-existing plants and shrubs, leveling, and filling in holes. The second week will allow for planting native New Hampshire pollinator species, as well as mulching.
Snacks and beverages will be provided. You will need to bring gloves, a shovel (or hand shovel) and if you have one, a rake.
