The Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to present the 3rd Annual Naticook Challenge 5K Obstacle Course Race which will be held at Wasserman Park in Merrimack. We are currently looking for Volunteers to help us during the race. Volunteers are needed to help as course monitors to ensure that runners are going the correct way and completing the various obstacles as well as helping with event check in.
If you are new to this, you may be asking yourself, what is an obstacle course race? Well its a trail based race that involves challenges for the other parts of your body (crawling, climbing, or hanging for examples). Don't let this scare you away, our obstacles are designed with beginners in mind and are achievable by most people, even kids.
This is easy opportunity open to anyone ages 16 and up.
