Plans are underway for the Town of Merrimack’s Annual 4th of July Parade which will be held on Monday, July 4th!
We are currently looking for volunteers to help us organize the logistics of the 4th of July Parade. The Town of Merrimack's Annual 4th of July Parade is organized by the Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department and is one of the larger Independence Day Parades in the State of New Hampshire.
In 2019; we held the second largest parade in the State of New Hampshire; with more than 70 floats and more than 1100 participants in the Parade. The Parade features a wide range of bands, militia units, clowns, local businesses, community organizations and more.
On July 4th; volunteers will meet at the Commons Shopping Plaza located at 515 Daniel Webster Highway (in front of Tractor Supply Store). Volunteers will be needed from 11:15 am - 1:30 pm and will work with us to get all the of the Parade Groups into their proper line up order.
