The Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to present the 7th Annual Naticook Challenge 5K Obstacle Course Race on Saturday September 26th, 2026.
If you are new to this, you may be asking yourself, what is an obstacle course race? Well its a trail based race that involves challenges for the other parts of your body (crawling, climbing, or hanging for examples).
Volunteers are needed to help with registration; check in and as well as to serve as course monitors to ensure that runners are going the correct way and completing the various obstacles.This is easy opportunity open to anyone ages 16 and up.
