Second Chance Ranch Rescue is seeking a
passionate, collaborative, and mission-driven leader to serve as Volunteer
President and serve on the SCRR Board of Directors. The President plays a
critical leadership role in overseeing the entire organization, providing a
safe and open environment for collaboration and communication, as well as a
steward of action and long-term sustainability of the organization.
Working closely with the Board of Directors,
onsite employees, veterinarians, trainers, select supporters, donors, and
community partners, the President fosters a culture of transparency,
accountability, teamwork, and compassion while ensuring the organization
remains focused on delivering exceptional care for the dogs entrusted to
us. The President plays a critical role
in guiding organizational growth, strengthening community relationships,
supporting fundraising efforts, and building a strong, engaged leadership team
capable of advancing the mission of Second Chance Ranch Rescue for years to
come.
