t's our Second Annual Make a Difference Day!
Albacore Park is gearing up to get the grounds and site cleaned up from the winter dust and dirt. We need YOUR help! Just like many other organizations have felt the pinch of tightening up the belts, we find that we need many small projects done. A group effort, with social distancing in place, will do the trick! From picking up trash and branches, to raking and sweeping, to cleaning windows and perhaps some painting (if we have anyone with experience...), we need you!
We are hoping for a group gathering - perfect for families on Make a Difference Day on Saturday, May 7th from 10AM to 3PM. You can volunteer for an hour or stay the whole time! Bring your lunch and picnic on our grounds. We will also open up the submarine for you for a free tour!
