We are a nonprofit dedicated to educating and working with our community to ensure that the history of our submarine will live on. We place great emphasis on preservation, conservation, education and interpretation for families, students and the entire local, regional and National community
What We Do
Our missions are to maintain a memorial dedicated to the members of the United States Navy Submarine Service; to increase the public awareness of the maritime history of the region centered on Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with particular attention to shipbuilding and shipping activities; and to display the historic research submarine USS ALBACORE (AGSS-569) to the general public.
