Trip Chaperones support staff members during off-site trips by helping supervise residents and children, ensuring safety, and assisting with logistics. This role helps create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-organized outing for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist the staff member in supervising the group and ensuring no one wanders off
-Help keep track of residents, children, and belongings during outings
-Drive the organization’s 12-passenger van or another vehicle (please notify staff if you are not comfortable driving)
-Offer support to moms with children or babies—ask before helping Help maintain a positive, calm, and respectful environment throughout the trip
-Follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines
