This November, the Forest Society will be reducing the size of this parking area. It is a location that sees a lot of non-hiker vehicles and dumped debris.
The December volunteer workday will focus on cutting back any remaining large, woody stems to be able to clearly see this parking lot from the roadway. There will also be trash and other debris needing to be cleared and removed from the property.
