Volunteer Training
Tour the barn and have an introduction to Therapeutic Riding.
A brief video demonstrates duties required of Volunteers during astride lessons.
This two hour training will cover the basics of working at BITS ETC as a volunteer, either directly with horses in daily chore rotations, and/ or with riders during weekly lessons.
Volunteers 14 and up with an interest in helping are welcome. Please dress warmly, and in layers, to be outside.
Downloading a Volunteer Application Form before coming is helpful. Background checks required of all Volunteers 18 years of age and older.
