ABLE NH is looking for volunteers ffor the Disability Pride Parade & Festival, a community celebration of disability culture, advocacy, inclusion, and belonging in New Hampshire. This family-friendly event brings together people with disabilities, families, advocates, artists, organizations, and allies for a day of connection, visibility, music, activities, community resources, and grassroots organizing. The event highlights the importance of building communities where people with disabilities are not simply accommodated, but valued, included, and empowered to lead. Volunteers help support parade logistics, activity stations, accessibility supports, setup and cleanup, community engagement, and festival operations throughout the day. Whether you are passionate about disability rights, community service, or creating more inclusive spaces, volunteers play an important role in helping make the event welcoming and accessible for everyone.
We are looking for support on the day of the event for basic logistics. Helping with tabling, setup, take down, and guiding participants.
