What We Do
Affordable Housing Education and Development (AHEAD) Inc. is a community-based, non-profit housing development organization dedicated to strengthening families throughout northern New Hampshire by helping them build and preserve assets for the future. AHEAD, a chartered member of NeighborWorks America, is an organization that offers a wide variety of affordable housing opportunities, associated family support and educational programs for resource-limited households. In addition to providing safe, sustainable & affordable housing, AHEAD offers many services which include: homebuyer education, financial coaching, reverse mortgage counseling and financial literacy programs for children.
