Concord Homeless Resource Center

Who We Are

The Concord Homeless Resource Center is a program of the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness. The Mission of the Concord Homeless Resource Center is to provide a supportive and respectful environment to assist people who are homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless so they may work on immediate and/or long term issues which in turn will foster a path forward.

What We Do

The Concord Homeless Resource Center provides for the immediate needs of our homeless guests as well as working to develop a long term plan for moving forward.  We provide access to showers, laundry, mail, a phone, computers, and light snacks.  Our case managers are specialized in connecting guests with other community resource to overcome each person's unique challenges.  In addition we meet guests where they are at by hosting a medical clinic, monthly haircuts, Veterans Services, substance abuse services, and Riverbend Mental Health Services.
