Founded by Sarah Locke, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2019 and quickly found the limited resources in NH for those living with an incurable disease that isn't fully understood, she committed that no one will ever MS alone. We build community that cares and understands for those living with MS and their care partners and we are the resource you can turn to for the answers to your questions, if we don't know we will find out.

At Locke's Promise, Inc., our vision is to empower and uplift those living with Multiple Sclerosis in our local communities by raising awareness and generating critical resources for those in need.
