CityHope of New Hampshire

Trusted “helpers” for over twenty-five years, CityHope of New Hampshire is a non-profit organization rooted in the belief that every person deserves dignity, stability, and opportunity. CityHope works to break cycles of poverty by addressing not only immediate needs but also the deeper, systemic barriers that keep people stuck in crisis.

Cityhope “walks with” individuals and families, empowering and equipping them with the necessary resources and skills needed to thrive in their communities. By providing support services (bi-monthly food pantries, weekly drop-in assistance hours, short and long term coaching and Getting Ahead workshops) to those experiencing financial hardships and housing insecurity, we ultimately build transformational relationships that promote lasting change and dignity for everyone.
