The LilyCare of New Hampshire is a Hospice Agency serving the patients in Merrimack and Hillsborough counties in New Hampshire.

We provide person and family oriented services to hospice patients, such as medical care, pain and symptom management. Our services are tailored towards the needs of the patients and the families to support and give them the most meaningful and comfort care during the most important and delicate time in their lives. Apart from the medical acre we provide, we also provide spiritual and emotional support. we also provide companionship with volunteers in the community.
