Ascentria has 40 locations throughout New England embracing an innovative service strategy in its evolution from a traditional, programmatic-centered agency to a human-centered organization.

Our goal is to meet the needs of those we serve and our workforce in a more holistic way, providing a flexible continuum of care to address their many needs, and to help them move forward and thrive physically, intellectually, socially, spiritually and economically. This focus helps us strengthen our capacity to efficiently provide care that matters to our community and our employees as we continuously improve on our service delivery.
