Brookhaven Hospice provides a special way of caring for people with life limiting illness and for their loved ones. Our goal is to maximize the quality of life for patients by enhancing physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
What We Do
Brookhaven Hospice provides hospice care wherever you call "home." We serve patients in homes, nursing facilities, assisted and independent living facilities, and hospitals across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
