Seacoast Jazz Society

Founded in 1990, the Seacoast Jazz Society (SJS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the state of New Hampshire. We serve the community throughout New Hampshire and as far south as Newburyport, Massachusetts, and as far north as Portland, Maine. Our mission is threefold: (1) to help foster the profession and recognition of local jazz musicians; (2) to cultivate and support young artists; and (3) to reach out to the community with the goal of increasing enthusiasm for, appreciation of, and exposure to jazz music and jazz history.
