Who We Are
VVF was founded by Exeter, NH native Victoria Arlen after battling her own health and mobility challenges. Victoria experiences first hand the struggles and isolation that can be occur when your physical abilities are compromised. After being in a vegetative state for four years, having to learn to eat, talk, read and walk again, Victoria learned to Face it, Embrace It, Defy It and Conquer It when facing her obstacles. After ten years in a wheelchair and still unable to feel from the waist down, Victoria fought to regain the ability to walk. While on her journey she and her mother saw that not everyone has the resources and support that Victoria was blessed with and they decided to found VVF to help others achieve their own personal Victory. The Victory program is designed to help others get the products and service they otherwise could not afford and to give the gift of HOPE to those that face mobility challenges through victory scholarships and also provide advocacy and education programs.
What We Do
We provide education, advocacy and awareness programs and Victory Scholarships to those living with mobility challenges to help them lead more independent lives. The services and products we assist with are wheelchairs, custom mobility devices, home & vehicle modifications, recovery training sessions, in home nursing services and driver assistance programs.
