About the Role
High Hopes Foundation of NH is seeking a Board Director focused on Donor Relations, Community Outreach, and Alumni Engagement. This volunteer leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about relationship-building, community connection, and long-term sustainability of nonprofit impact.This board member will play a key role in strengthening donor relationships, expanding outreach efforts, and helping build an engaged alumni network of past families, supporters, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an active, voting member of the Board of Directors Participate in board meetings and strategic planning efforts Actively promote High Hopes Foundation within personal and professional networks Create outreach efforts to expand awareness and support of the Foundation’s mission Build and nurture relationships with individual donors, sponsors, and community partners Support the creation and growth of an alumni network, engaging past families and supporters

Ideal Candidate Profile We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Ideal qualities include:

Experience or interest in donor relations, fundraising, marketing, communications, or community outreach Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Passion for nonprofit work and helping families in need Ability to think strategically while also contributing hands-on support
