Join Families in Transition at our upcoming I AM ONE Fashion Extravaganza event which is coming up on Friday, November 18 from 12:00PM to 3:00PM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church on 650 Hanover Street in Manchester. We are in need of volunteers to help make this event a success! Plus, you won’t want to miss the excitement!
This one-of-a-kind fashion show will feature local celebrity “runway” models showcasing beautiful donated clothing from local businesses and organizations for our OutFITters Thrift Stores. In addition, this fashion extravaganza will feature fashion tips, beauty demonstrations, food, and much more! All money raised from the event will go towards funding FIT programs and services.
Volunteer shifts are available between 8:30am and 3:30pm that day and available duties include:
- Food assistance – helping with food service and clean-up
- Backstage support with program and fashion show
- Selling raffle tickets and facilitating live auction
- Parking assistance & greeters
- We are also be looking for help on Wednesday November 16 and Thursday November 17 with event preparation and set-up – so let us know if you’d like to join!
