Lesson Assistant Volunteers are typically seen in the barn and arena helping with our lesson horses and students. Volunteers will work alongside students as they learn to brush and tack horse, or will prepare horses prior to lessons. Then, volunteers join students in the riding arena as needed to assist our BITS lesson instructors. We need reliable volunteers to ensure each of our kiddos' lessons are a success! Training is provided, but horse experience is always a plus!

| Inclement Weather Plan: When the Hopkinton school district is closed for snow, student lessons will be canceled by BITS. Although our herd still needs to be fed! Lesson assistant volunteers may be asked to assist with other activities should inclement weather arise. Volunteers are expected to dress appropriately for changing weather. | |
