Plant trees in Bradford, NH

MRWC recently received federal funding to complete landscape-scale restoration projects throughout the Merrimack River Watershed, and planting trees tops the list. Join other community volunteers to get your hands dirty to improve the health of your local watershed! We will be planting trees in Bradford, NH. 

For this event, trees will be planted along a brook draining forested headwaters, and home to wild Brook Trout. Plantings will revegetate a narrow buffer between a dirt road and the stream, reducing sediment runoff into the waterway. Location details will be provided after registering.
