Position Overview: The Volunteer Coordinator is a part-time member of the Habitat staff whose responsibilities focus on organizing volunteer support for the various activities of the affiliate. Desired Qualifications: ● Demonstrated ability to identify and execute tasks required to achieve objectives; including the ability to lead others; anticipate tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and function smoothly under deadlines and shifting priorities. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills.● Experience with office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. ● Ability to work with a team and individually. ● Commitment to Habitat for Humanity's mission. Volunteer: Part Time Critical Home Repair Program ManagerPosition Overview: The Critical Home Repair (CHR) Manager directs and manages all aspects related to the CHR program including (but not limited to) people, functions, and teams responsible for completing production and program requirements involving all owner-occupied home repairs. The role of the CHR Manager is to execute operations to include staff assignments, maintain relationships with partner agencies, develop work scopes with partner families and keep construction schedule according to budget and seasonal timelines. Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years construction management experience, with strong background in remodeling/rehabilitation. Experience working with volunteers. Experience scheduling contractors. Team player with excellent personnel management skills and capacity to build a strong team. Strong communication skills.
