Our Place is Seeking New Board Members

Current Needs/Areas of Expertise:

Our Place is a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide housing for adults with
developmental disabilities. Currently there are very few housing options in New
Hampshire for these adults who, like anyone else, want to be able to move away from
their parents and into their own home. Our Place will provide apartments to rent and
supportive services so that they can live as independently as possible and be valuable
members of the community.

Be a part of this exciting project as we reap the benefits of our successful fundraising
efforts and can now afford to take action toward our goal. All eyes are on us as we
create a viable model for serving this population on the New Hampshire seacoast.

Applicants for this position need to be willing to attend monthly board meetings, work on a committee, and give at least two hours per week to this project. Your time commitment and enthusiasm
are key components along with your professional skills.
