But despite the tremendous influx of weapons from NATO countries, including the latest US shipment of internationally banned cluster munitions, it appears that a victory on the battlefield is not forthcoming. Her newest book, The War in Ukraine: Making Sense of a Senseless Conflict, reviews the history of this conflict and lays out the concrete steps that can be taken to bring this conflict to an end.
