FHO offers safe and affordable housing to adults living with mental illness.  We work closely with the local community mental health center ensuring our tenants are in the best environment for them and offer assistance as needed.  

FHO manages seven properties in Concord, NH offering housing to over 60 individuals.  We provide independent apartments in six of our buildings and offer 12 individuals needing more care and supervision housing in our 24-hour staffed, licensed residential group home.
