NHICC is probably best known as the nonprofit organization that runs the New Hampshire and Maine affiliates of Destination Imagination. Destination Imagination is an international program that begins at the start of each school year. Elementary, middle, high school, and university students form teams with up to seven members, and select one of the open-ended Challenges offered each year. Each team creates an action plan and works together for several months to develop a solution to the problem specified in their chosen Challenge. From the U.S to China, Poland, Colombia and Brazil, student creativity is unleashed in astonishing ways.
What We Do
New Hampshire Innovation and Creativity Connection (NHICC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fostering teamwork, creative problem solving, and innovation in New Hampshire. Working with students from preschool through college, NHICC sponsors multiple programs including NH Destination Imagination and summer camp, Gottalikachallenge, to help New Hampshire’s youth become the leaders and innovators of the future.
